Dvora's art is multidisciplinary, as she believes a wealth of technique is worthless in itself,
the technique must serve one intended meaning and meaning must originate from life.
She is interested in images and materials that are overcharged with meaning and associations. Her art deals with objects as human traces, as witnesses to present,
past or future lives. Her works always emerge from the domestic space mapping the
topography of the everyday.

1989-1991 – המדרשה למורים לאמנות, רמת השרון

2007-2008 – לימודי השלמה לתואר שלישי באמנות

האמנות מבטאת עבורה את הרגשות והמחשבות שלא ניתן לבטאם במילים. לטכניקה אין חשיבות כשלעצמה אלא אם היא מבטאת משמעות ומשמעות מקורה בחיים עצמם.

היא עובדת בכל חומר ובכל טכניקה כל עוד הם משרתים את מטרתה. היא מעדיפה לעשות את עבודותיה במו ידי, מלאכת הכפיים חיונית לה.
עבודותיה ממפות את הטופוגרפיה של היומיום. הן הדימויים, והן החומרים בעבודותיי עמוסים במשמעויות ואינם ניתנים להגדרה חד משמעית, מקורם במרחב החיים. ברב עבודותיה היא
משתמשת בחפצים או בשבריהם, החפצים מעניינים אותה לא משום שבתוכם טמונים זיכרונות אלא משום שבכוחם לעורר בנו מחשבות. שאריות החפצים מורכבים לזהות פיסולית חדשה אך בו בזמן שומרים על זהותם המקורית.
