Education:

- Three years of study at "Haklol", a painting school, under the guidance of Ran Tanenbaum and Guy Avital.

- Two years of painting studies under the guidance of Marik Lachner.

- "The Atelier", a painting school, directed by Yara Oren, Lilit Shambon, Tal Yerushalmi, Marik Lechner and more.

 

Samoron's painting begins from the observation that arises and is nourished by a dialogue with the tangible world and also by photographic references. His simultaneous connection to emotion and memory and a dialogue with the environment is reflected in the descriptions of everyday moments, almost invisible and seemingly in the annals. In these moments, Samaria finds beauty that is important to him to immortalize on canvas.

A central theme in his works is man, who is searching for his place and identity in the world while in dialogue with the environment. Even when he paints a landscape or a still life, Shomron focuses on the human element, as if seeking to solve a mystery, as an observer who observes and investigates what is happening.

השכלה:

- שלוש שנות לימוד ב"הכולל", בית ספר לציור, בהנחיית רן טננבאום  וגיא אביטל. 

- שנתיים לימודי ציור בהנחיית מאריק לכנר. 

- "האטלייה", בית ספר לציור, בהנחיית יערה אורן, לילית שמבון, טל ירושלמי, מריק לכנר ועוד.



הציור של שומרון מתחיל מהתבוננות הנובעת וניזונה מדיאלוג עם העולם המוחשי וגם ברפרנסים צילומיים. החיבור שלו בו זמנית לרגש ולזיכרון ודיאלוג עם הסביבה בא לידי ביטוי בתיאורי הרגעים היום יומיים, הכמעט בלתי ניראים ולכאורה באנאליים. ברגעים אלו שומרון מוצא יופי אותו חשוב לו להנציח על הבד. 

נושא מרכזי ביצירותיו הינו האדם, המחפש את מקומו וזהותו בעולם תוך דיאלוג עם הסביבה. גם כאשר מצייר נוף או טבע דומם, שומרון מתמקד, במרכיב האנושי, כמו מבקש לפתור תעלומה, כצופה המתבונן וחוקר את הנעשה.
